🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
Items NOT eligible for return:

Used, damaged, or altered products

Clearance or final sale items

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at bersglowllc@gmail.com.
🚚 Return Shipping
